I’m not very keen on seafood, but I was literally addicted to mussels in France. I was really apprehensive the first time I tried them, but they are incredible. Cream/butter sauce, bread, and… fries. The perfect combination. Dipping the fries and the bread in the sauce at the end was just… delicious!
